SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Derelict Clothing Co. orders are processed & shipped from warehouses in Australia, USA, Canada & the UK. All items are printed to order and shipped within 2-5 business days. In most cases, orders are sent the next business day. PLEASE NOTE: As some warehouses stock different items, if you order multiple different items they may arrive separately and at different times.

Standard domestic delivery: 3 to 10 business days

Standard international delivery: 10 to 20 business days

Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with tracking details. Some international order may occasionally be charged customs taxes or import duties. Related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We send all orders with care and sizes should be true to our sizing charts, but if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order please get it touch and we will do our best to assist you!

• You, the buyer are responsible for return postage costs back to our warehouse at Petrie 4502 QLD, Australia.
• Returns & exchanges must be un-worn and not washed or damaged.
• All returns & exchanges are processed within 5 working days from the date we receive items back to our warehouse. (We always aim to process sooner if possible!)
• We will not refund postage costs incurred from shipping original order.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the condition is deemed not suitable for resale.
